Description. Of the 22-acre parcel consisting of the Union Town Square project, this future city park will consist of over 16 acres of green space. Amenities will include a splash pad, pond, playground, swing area, formal gardens, walking paths, etc. The city should award a construction contract for the park by mid-summer 2025 with project completion approximately 18 months later.
