Description. Of the 22-acre parcel comprising the Union Town Square project, this future city park will encompass over 16 acres of green space. Amenities will include a splash pad, pond, playground, swing area, formal gardens, walking paths, etc. The city awarded a construction contract for the park in the summer of 2025, with project completion expected approximately 18 months later.
