Submit your favorite photos of Union
- Please submit digital, color photos in JPEG or PNG format with a high resolution.
- You do not have to be a resident of Union to submit a photograph, but the photograph must be taken within the City of Union. Please refer to the city map here.
- Once submitted, photographs become the property of the City of Union. Whenever possible, the original layout of the photo will be maintained, but the City of Union reserves the right to crop photos as necessary.
- Photographs may be used for website, social media, and other promotional materials representing the City of Union without attribution.
- Photographs to be focused of the landscape and life in the City of Union.
Entries
- Please submit your photos by October 31, 2021 via email to [email protected].
- Photographers, of all skill levels, may submit a maximum of 3 photos.
- In the email, include your name, address, phone, e-mail, photo title, and the location where the photo was taken.
- Landscape and nature photos are encouraged.
- Photos showing close ups of individuals, or where individuals are distinctly recognizable, need a photo release form signed and submitted with the contest entry, unless taken on public property or at a city event. The City of Union will provide a release form if needed.
Judges

Winners
- First, Second, and Third Place winners will be chosen.
- Photographers are eligible to win one time only.
- Winners will receive recognition on the City of Union website and social media pages, as well as a gift card to a City of Union restaurant of their choosing.
- First Place: $100 gift card
- Second Place: $50 gift card
- Third Place: $25 gift card
- Winners will be notified and announced on Monday, November 15, 2021.
