Mayor Larry K. Solomon has announced the completion of annexation proceedings which will annex the historic Kahmann Farm into the City of Union.  The family farm is approximately 159 acres and once developed, will provide direct access to the Ballyshannon Middle school from Old Union Road.

“We are extremely pleased to add this additional land and future residents to the City of Union,” said Mayor Solomon.  “The development that has been approved from the Planning Commission will be unique to Boone County and most importantly will honor the family heritage of the Kahmann Family.  This addition to our boarders continues to emphasize the desirability of Union as the premier place to live in Northern Kentucky.”
